Shipping Policies

Free shipping on all orders.

We will notify you when your item ships and provide you with a tracking number for the appropriate carrier.

All purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses from various locations across India. We do not ship to any other country at the moment. Orders made within India will be processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and circumstances that are outside of our control. Delivery period may be affected by the address for delivery.

Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier and logistics companies usually between 10.30 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday.

Cash on Delivery feature is not available at the moment.

Goods received need to be acknowledged upon delivery at the given address. We take no responsibility for the acknowledgment given by any alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address mentioned while placing the order.

Since the transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.

We are not responsible for damage of products once the products have been delivered.

All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 2 days of delivery through the contact us page on the web store.


Gift Cards

• Our gift cards are electronic.

• An email will be sent including a discount code of matching value.

• There is no shipping cost for gift cards.
